Autoincludes: warn_applied_functions,warn_dead_code warn_applied_functions wird standardmaessig eingeschaltet. warn_dead_code wird fuer neue Files (1.1.2021) eingeschaltet. Change-Id: I26547e5b84d669a5e6fcea4433527e9e811c55e5
